Plus, it's just moments away from the Tucson bike trail. Book now to experience the perfect blend of comfort and adventure in Tucson! This space is a cozy, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. There are 4 bedrooms to sleep in. The master bedroom has a king bed, in two guest rooms there are queen beds, and the other has a full bed. The kitchen should have all the basic necessities- pots, pans, a rice maker, blender, olive oil, spices, and filtered water. The backyard has a full gym setup, and an outdoor seating area around the fire pit in addition to our BRAND NEW full-sized Pickleball court in the backyard! Welcome to our cherished home, which we're delighted to share with you during our absence. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same love and care that we do. Please note that certain areas, including the garage, kitchen pantry, and two closets, are off-limits as they are securely locked. Thank you for your understanding, and please make yourselves at home and enjoy your stay! We will be available via txt or phone call any time of day for any questions and needs. Please don't hesitate to reach out! This is a very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that we love so much. There is an awesome park within walking/biking distance that has baseball fields, a skate park, a playground, and wide open grassy areas. We hope you enjoy this neighborhood as much as we do! The best way to get around is by car. There is also the popular Tucson Bike Loop located about a mile away! This is a NON-smoking property (no cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.) Any signs of smoking or damage will incur additional charges. We have the best neighbors, and to respect their peace we ask you to observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 8:00am.

House Rules

The garage and two closets are off-limits and have locks on the doors to restrict access. We would appreciate any used sheets and towels (including bath and kitchen towels) all being left on the laundry room floor- this helps us ensure the cleanest possible experience for the next guest. When possible, we ask that shoes are removed (mostly when hanging out/walking around on the carpet). Feel free to leave shoes on the bottom row of the wooden bench that sits on the other side of the kitchen sink. Overall we just ask that you treat our home respectfully, as it is our personal space when we are not away for work! We really appreciate it!

Absolutely loved this place! Super spacious and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had at an airbnb! So clean and well kept. The backyard is beautiful and the neighborhood is peaceful and close to everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. Chris & Mandy are also very responsive. Thank you so much!!
